SHIPPING POLICY

When you purchase products on snatchstraps.com.au we provide a range of options to assist delivery to your residential or business address.
At checkout, we will display the available options and delivery cost based on the items in your cart and where you need them delivered.

Please note: All shipping times stated in this Shipping Policy relate to shipping only and does not include processing and potential manufacturing times.
All orders placed will be processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Contact will be made if your item is not in stock and requires manufacturing.

Most items are held in stock and available however when unforeseen external events occur (such as floods or natural disasters) a lot of items are backlogged in manufacturing.

Approximate manufacturing times:

  • Snatch Straps or Tow Straps  =  3-5 Working Days per item.
  • Bridles and Axle Straps  =  2-3 Working Days per item.
  • Rachet straps  =  1-2 Working Days
  • Storage Bags / Motion Arrester  =  3-5 Working Days


Due to the extreme floods in the eastern parts of Australia, please be aware that all shipping companies are experiencing delays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using courier company SENDLE for items up to 25kg in weight.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping to all Australia destinations based on weight.

Use my own Courier:
 We are more than happy for you to organise your own courier that you may already have an account with. We will package your items in a parcel or a pallet and advise you of dimensions and weight and provide a reference number when ready for you to book in a pickup.
Please be advised not to book in a pickup without a reference number to avoid couriers arriving with no items prepared.

FACTORY DIRECT PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup Maddington WA.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.


Our in-store pickup hours are 630am – 2pm on Monday – Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the most countries.
Please email reception@snatchstraps.com.au to discuss your order so we can organise a customised quote to suit your needs.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Snatch Straps Australia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at reception@snatchstraps.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

As majority of our couriers and freight companies delivery via pallet, they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.


Delivering to remote locations in Australia

Our national courier networks cannot provide door-to-door services to some remote Australian areas. Examples include Roma, Weipa, Nhulunbuy and any area that may require light aircraft, barge or boat to access. In these cases, if delivery is possible, surcharges may apply to the standard rates. Alternatively, couriers may provide delivery to local depots or Australia Post offices for customer collection of goods.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Please ensure that you choose your item correctly as we do not accept returns for change your mind or incorrectly chosen items.  For standard product lines we are happy to refund items that have not yet shipped, this excludes all custom items which all sales are committed at time of purchase (Custom items will never be sold online and only through email via invoice)

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at reception@snatchstraps.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Never sign for a delivery that has obvious damage to an item.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
